Opportunities for young riders with Sherwood CC
Sherwood CC has a long history of introducing young riders to the sport and pastime of Cycling. Some of our young riders have gone on to win medals in National Championships and to represent Great Britain.
Go-Ride
We will be holding regular Go-Ride sessions during the Summer on Monday evenings at Carlton-Le-Willows School, Nottingham.
These sessions are run by experienced, qualified coaches and will teach you a variety of riding skills. They cater mainly for beginners but experienced young riders can also take part. You just need a mountain bike and a helmet. If you are a beginner, we recommend that you attend some of these sessions to meet the coaches and other riders.
